Welcome to Antara Medical Center Aruba
Welcome
At Antara Medical Center, we strive to provide holistic, patient-centered medical care, with close attention to the needs of our patients.
Shared decision making is an essential part of our care: we support patients so that—together with their family doctor—they can make well-informed decisions about their physical and mental health. The autonomy of our patients is always our highest priority.

OUR TEAM
📅 Making an Appointment
We usually schedule appointments on the same day. Some types of planned care (like routine check-ups or small procedures) may be booked in advance. In certain cases, the doctor can make an exception.

🏥 Practice Rules – Creating a Calm and Respectful Environment
-
Emergencies come first. In urgent situations, every minute counts. Some health problems are time-critical; quick action can prevent serious harm or even save a life. That’s why patients with urgent or severe symptoms will always be seen before non-urgent cases.
-
Respect and kindness. We treat you with friendliness and respect, and we expect the same in return.
-
Zero tolerance policy. We do not tolerate discrimination, aggression, shouting, disrespect, violence, or (sexual) harassment.
-
Inappropriate behavior will be reported to the doctor and may result in temporary denial of access or removal from our practice.
-
Respect privacy. Do not take photos or videos without permission.
-
Waiting room & phone use. Please help us keep the waiting area calm. Avoid loud noises, music, or phone calls. Keep conversations short and quiet, or take your call outside. Do not use your phone while speaking with the assistant or doctor, and always keep it on silent.
-
Animals. Service dogs are welcome; other animals are not allowed.
-
Prohibited in the practice: weapons, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, and vapes (use or possession).
-
Personal belongings. The practice is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal items or car.
-
Serious violations. Major offenses may lead to removal from the practice and, if necessary, will be reported to the police.
